The App is a utility tool designed to help civil engineers, fabricators, and contractors calculate the theoretical weight, length, and cost of various metal sections (Round bars, Pipes, Plates, Squares, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring the input values (Length, Diameter, Thickness) are correct. The App provides tools to save calculation history locally and share results.

4. User Data & Storage

By default, the App operates offline, and user data (such as saved calculation history and unit preferences) is stored locally on your device. The Developer does not store your personal data or calculation history on external servers. Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing app data will result in the permanent loss of your saved history.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App is free to use but may display third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). These ad services may collect anonymous usage data and device identifiers to show relevant ads. We may also use services like Google Firebase for crash reporting and analytics to improve app stability. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Sharing & Reports

The App allows you to share calculation results via text or images to other apps (like WhatsApp or Email). When you use these features, the data is generated on your device and sent directly to the app you selected.

7. Calculation Accuracy & Disclaimer

Important: The App calculates weight based on standard theoretical densities (e.g., Steel = 7850 kg/m³). Actual market weight may vary due to manufacturing tolerances, rolling margins, rust, or specific alloy compositions.

The results provided by the App are for estimation purposes only. You should not rely solely on this App for critical structural engineering decisions, procurement payments, or safety-critical load calculations without independent verification.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in material estimation, financial loss due to incorrect weight calculations, or construction errors. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.

9. No Professional Engineering Advice

The content and tools within the App are for informational and calculation aid purposes only. Using this App does not constitute professional engineering or structural advice. Always consult a certified engineer or architect for construction and load-bearing requirements.

10. Updates & Availability

We strive to keep the App updated and bug-free, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
